Terms & Conditions

Grow Credit Biz designs, installs, and manages autonomous Credit Repair Biz Growth AI engines intended to deliver direct, exclusive credit repair inquiries for Credit Services Organizations. The specific scope of services for any engagement is defined in a separate service agreement.

Subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement, we commit to two performance milestones: (a) 25 direct credit repair inquiries within the first 10 days, and (b) 50+ direct credit repair inquiries within 45 days. If we fail to deliver both agreed performance milestones, you receive a refund of the setup fee, in accordance with the guarantee terms.

The guarantee applies only to the setup fee. It does not render the entire engagement free, and it does not apply to ad spend, third-party platform fees, or other costs. Results depend on your cooperation, your business inputs, ad spend at the agreed levels, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for all advertising spend on third-party platforms (including Meta) and for any third-party platform, software, or tooling fees. These costs are separate from our service and setup fees.

We reserve dedicated strategy time for every qualified business owner. Unexcused no-shows for scheduled strategy sessions are permanently disqualified from future consideration and will not be permitted to reschedule.

All content, branding, and materials on this site are the property of Grow Credit Biz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any third-party actions such as ad-account suspensions by external platforms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
